Civil engineering for developments

Each one is built to the engineer’s drawings and specification.

If the ground on site does not match the design, we raise it with your engineer before building, not after. Any change is agreed in writing, so there is no dispute later.

Common questions

Civil engineering: your questions.

Do you build to adoptable standards?

We build to the specification we are given, including specifications written for adoption by the council or the water company. The adoption agreement itself sits with the developer.

What happens if the drawings and the ground do not match?

We stop and raise it with your engineer, with photographs and measurements, before building. Any change is agreed in writing.

Can you coordinate with the utility companies?

Yes. We plan trenching and ducting around the utility companies’ programmes, so their teams arrive to a trench that is open, safe and at the right depth.
