Every foundation is set out from your drawings and checked again before the concrete is poured.
We dig and pour mass fill foundations, pad bases for steel frames, ground beams and raft slabs. Concrete is ordered to the specified mix, reinforcement is fixed as detailed, and the delivery tickets are kept and handed over with the package.

Can you work alongside a piling contractor?
Yes. We can build the piling mat (the stone platform the piling rig works from) before the piling starts, and the pile caps and ground beams afterwards, so one contractor covers both sides of the piling.
How do you make sure the holding-down bolts are in the right place?
We set them with a template, check them against the steelwork drawings before the pour, and check them again afterwards.
What records do we receive?
Concrete delivery tickets, pour records and setting-out checks, plus cube test results where they are specified. They are handed over with the package.
