External works & landscaping: your questions.

Can you work to a planning landscape condition?

Yes. We build to the approved drawing and planting schedule, and keep the delivery notes and photographs you need to discharge the condition. We do not substitute plants without your written agreement.

When should landscaping be programmed?

After the trades that could damage it, and within the right season for planting. We will advise on the best timing when we price.

Can you maintain the planting after handover?

We can price a maintenance period for watering, weeding and replacing any failed plants, which is often a condition of the planning consent.
