Before we quote, we visit to check how a machine will reach the work and where the soil will go, so there are no surprises on the day.
We bring a digger sized for your access, protect drives and lawns wherever the machine crosses them, and take the spoil away as the work progresses. You receive a written quote setting out the work and the timescale before anything starts.

Can you get a digger into my back garden?
In most cases, yes. We have small diggers for gardens with narrow access and larger machines where there is room. We will look at the access during our free visit and tell you which machine suits the job.
What happens to the soil?
We take it away as we dig, using our own dumpers and tippers, so it does not sit in your garden. Your quote sets out how the spoil will be dealt with.
Will the machine damage my drive or lawn?
We put down boards or protective sheets wherever the machine crosses a drive or lawn, and we leave the area tidy at the end of every day.
